if u want to get into some murder I’d defo start with aggtm because it’s not extreme dark and I don’t usually like murder and that stuff but I LOVED this book so much

If ur into romantasy, def read Powerless by Lauren Roberts. It’s a trilogy (but the third book isn’t out yet)

Another good romantasy is the Carival trilogy. It’s a little slow tho, took me a little bit to get hooked (I did read the first one overnight tho so not too slow)

Shatter me is a hit or miss book tbh. If u don’t like it, it’s super fun to hate read, and if u do like it, u won’t b able to put it down. I started off disliking it but it’s grown on me and I can’t wait to finish the series ❤️

yes me too! i tried it bc its popular but it took a while for me to get into it

Also if ur looking for a super closed door book, try Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice! It’s a cutesy romance most they do is hug

hii i’m trying to get into fantasy, but idk if i’m able to commit to a whole series 😭 does anyone have any one off fantasy books you’d recommend?

If you want something dark academia with bl, then These Violent Delights by Micah Neveremer, it is well-written with intriguing protagonists

For fantasy: The Sword of Kaigen. It might start off a bit slow, but it definitely picks up. It includes violence and cold protagonists that might grow on the reader

Plus, the main characters are badass

For romance, I recommend Picking Daisies on Sundays by Liana Cincotti. it's super cute, closed door, and perfect for spring!♡

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good (YA) dystopian, sci fi or mystery book? I loved the hunger games, divergent, the inheritance games, the naturals, I am number four, and skyward.

I'm also ok with a realistic fiction/romance if it's really good

Anything by Margaret Peterson Haddix is AMAZING!

y’all need to drop everything and read the naturals by jennifer lynn barnes!! it gets a bit darker as the series goes on and there’s no spice at all, however there is a love triangle trope. this series is 100% worth the read!!

A really good book for mystery and phycological stuff is We were liars, its kinda thriller with romance and then mystery. I also LOVED the silent patient if thats what your into :)

Y’all I gotta say that I just finished Daydream (Maple Hills series book 3) by Hannah Grace and I’m literally obsessed! Henry and Halle are literally adorableeeeee! Read it ASAP

I've been wanting to get into fantasy or romantasy since I mainly read dystopian and mystery, and I know a lot of people like it. I haven't read any YA fantasy books, when I was younger it was my favorite genre so if anyone has any recs please let me know :) I have Powerless, Caraval, Red queen, Shadow and bone, The cruel prince, OUABH and a few others on my TBR

I've recently read the rose bargain and i loved it. You should give it a try if you like faeries, love triangle and betrayals.
