Speaking of Chief Chitwood, what were your initial impressions of him? Did they change by the end of the story?

Loud and dictatorial at first. Wasn't happy to learn that the mayor approved of him. But Josie and Noah seemed to respect, if not agree, with him, so I was willing to not jump to conclusions.

I wasn’t impressed as he seemed to be disrespectful to his team and made curious moves. Near the end, I had a better view of him. Jury is still out.

Didn’t like him, only wants to listen to his own opinion or others if they agree with him
