Strange Fate discussion

Despite the tragic passing of LJ Smith, we also now know that Strange Fate is not only finished but has been in the hands of her agent since 2024 and in October last year was in the last stages of edits.

LJ Smith has a new website (I can't link it because GR will block the link but you can easily google it). This is the new official website which was ran by LJ Smith herself and her long time colaborator, Jesa Lynn Kemp (who now runs the website)

Jesa also runs the offical LJ Smith facebook group - L.J. Smith News & Updates!!!:

In the official website, the "Happy Thanksgiving" blog post confirms that:
a) Strange Fate is now two books (Strange Fate: Mystic and Strange Fate: Apocalypse)
b) Strange Fate is in the final stages of revision and in the hands of her agent (this is also confirmed by comments in the facebook group where a fan shares her email query with John Silbersack, where he confirms that indeed he received several new manuscripts).

In this facebook post, in the comments Jesa Lynn confirms that both parts of Strange Fate are completed, are with her agent, and that LJ's sister Judy will publish the books.

Also that both books are quite large and will be released apart\staggered (instead of at the same time).

In this thread Jesa Lynn confirms that according to Judy, there is no reason why the books won't be published, and that they will continue promotion for the book and publish posts, guides and writing done by LJ Smith for the release of Strange Fate.

While yes, I won't relax until the book is formally announced and\or I have it in my hands, this is the most news we've had for a while now.
