Turns out there was no Iranian hostage crisis. Secretary of State Ruskin was having a good time on the Iranian’s dime. Nick let him resign and didn’t release details of the event. What’s your opinion of how he handled the whole situation?

As a first test, Nick did great. Ruskin was so stupid to think he could do what he did and that he wouldn't be fired. Letting him resign instead of exposing what really happened was a gift.

Nick handled it perfectly. I believe the only reason he let him resign because it would be a nightmare issue if it got out. Blowback would be on him, too.

True. Even though Nick had nothing whatever to do with the situation, he would have been splattered in the fallout.
