Kyle | 923 comments I will say that it helps with my reading of this book that I took a mini-vacation to Chattanooga last month.

Kyle | 923 comments That was an interesting book! Took a lot of unusual steps in terms of style, especially near the end. It'll be interesting to see what people think of it this summer.

Kip Kyburz (kybrz) | 560 comments Really loved the voice of this novel. The little devil ended up playing less of a role then I would have assumed for MOST of the book but thought the risks taken by the author were interesting in their boldness (in a good way).

Lark Benobi (larkbenobi) | 219 comments Jamie Quatro is one of favorite contemporary writers. i love the way she tackles the ways religion can affect her characters’ choices. Fire Sermon was also amazing to me that way. so much of contemporary fiction doesn’t go there at all.

OMG!
I was in Chattanooga the first weekend in May! I didn't get to ride the tram but we did visit a cool restaurant and drove up and down the mountain in heavy rain at night and all I could think of was this dang book!
