Thanks Scott - it doesn't seem to be there, does it sometimes take a while to appear?

Well that is quite strange. Somehow the book got separated from its fellows and the author name was reversed, none of which appears in the edit log. This site gets more broken every day.

It should be fixed now but who knows what will happen next.
