we should maybe have like a topic for news updates bc like personally i think it'll help people stay caught up on what's happening in the world so i don't have the hear that excuse of 'i'm not very educated on the topic of so and so'

that's why we have the current events topic and why we added the kirk thing to it. keeping it updated is hard because america happenings are rapid-fire with no break from any of it
