I actually read this one back in Oct2019 and LOVED it. My fave Lisa Jewell to date. I hope everyone enjoys reading it as much as I did.
I read this one last year and really liked it. Think it was a bit darker and sadder than some of her other stories which I prefer. I didn’t work out all the smaller twists along the way, just the main one. An excellent 4.5/5 for me.
Just finished this in 4 days! Couldn’t put it down and thoroughly enjoyed. I did predict some of the plot twists but still love her writing style and story telling. 5/5
I enjoyed the story and like several other commentators, did not find it too difficult to predict some of the major plot lines. I did like that her writing style is straight-forward and she didn't try to double talk her way into creating a shock ending to catch her readers off guard. This is the first book by Lisa Jewel I have read and will have to add some of her other books to my ever expanding TBR list.
