Japanese Light Novel Book Club discussion

I am just starting to look at what is in the Summer 2025 anime season.

One is Secrets of the Silent Witch. I have really enjoyed the LN series so I am looking forward to how the story is visualized in the anime.

Here are a few others to look for:
New Saga (強くてニューサーガ, Tsuyokute Nyū Sāga; lit. "Be Stronger! New Saga" or "New Saga Plus") . The LNs have not been translated into English but there is a manga series in English translation based upon the LNs.

Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant! (Japanese: 追放者食堂へようこそ！, Hepburn: Tsuihōsha Shokudō e Yōkoso!) is a Japanese light novel series written by Yūki Kimikawa and illustrated by Gaou.
Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant! Volume 1: A tale of the strongest chef who got booted from his guild!. The three LNs are translated. There is also a manga series derived from the LNs.

I am looking forward to The Water Magician: Arc 1 Volume 1 (水属性の魔法使い, Mizuzokusei no Mahōtsukai) is a Japanese light novel series written by Tadashi Kudou and illustrated by Hana Amano. FOur volumes of the LN are translated. A fifth will be published in October 2025. A manga adaptation is available and illustrated by Bokutengo. Four volumes are translated so far.

Betrothed to My Sister's Ex (Manga) Vol. 1 (ずたぼろ令嬢は姉の元婚約者に溺愛される, Zutaboro Reijō wa Ane no Moto Konyakusha ni Dekiai Sareru; lit. "Loved by Her Sister's Former Fiancé") is a Japanese light novel series written by Tobirano and illustrated by Mai Murasaki. I am not sure if the LN or Manga is scheduled for Jan 2026. I will probably watch this and wait for the Story to be translated. It is more likely of the show is a success.

There's No Freaking Way I'll be Your Lover! Unless... (Japanese: わたしが恋人になれるわけないじゃん、ムリムリ！（※ムリじゃなかった!?）, Hepburn: Watashi ga Koibito ni Nareru Wakenaijan, Muri Muri! (*Muri Janakatta!?)), also known as WataNare (わたなれ) for short, is a Japanese yuri light novel series written by Teren Mikami [ja] and illustrated by Eku Takeshima [ja]. Shueisha has released seven volumes. Six have been translated and the seventh one is due out in translation in September 2025.

My Dress-Up Darling, Vol. 1My Dress up darling gets a second season. Yay, I love this series. (it is from a manga series, so it doesn't really count here. but but but, it is so good!

Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra is based upon the light novel series:
Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin, Volume 1 by Fehu Kazuno. 6 volumes of the LN are translated to English.
There are three Manga volumes that are an adaptation with the forth released in August 2025.
Update: I have now read 5 of the 6 currently translated LNs in the series. Looking forward to the rest of the anime season.
