I read this a little early so heh I'm done and excuse me I sobbed to death. I loved it. I am wrecked and while the ending was very bitter sweet I don't think it could have ended any other way
Yeah, I was also wrecked!
I keep going between 3.5 and 4 🌟. I loved the book, but I definitely wasn't ready (view spoiler) Anywho, it was a good read!

I also rated it 3.5 stars... I thought it was predictable and I wasn't a fan of the flowery writing style, but it wasn't bad or anything. I also didn't really feel a connection with the characters and I wish we got more information on what exactly happened with that ex she put into a coma...

I really loved the main couple of Pedyr and Wyatt in this book despite the fact that it felt like we had so little time to see a love truly “blossom” which I think is a huge credit to her writing. Does anyone else feel like the ending wasn’t actually the end???? Why would the beast help James if not to help himself as well? I finished the book feeling like he was going to snap Wyatt’s neck right after the book was over 😭

Oh geez, I hope he doesn't! I felt like there could be another book, but I like that it ended in a way that felt like it could be done, or it could continue.

I definitely got the sense that the ending left room for a sequel. The Beast felt like such an ambiguous, morally grey character — I couldn't quite figure out his true motivations. I kept thinking, "There’s no way he helped James just out of kindness." It feels like there’s something else going on beneath the surface, something we haven’t been told yet. I wouldn’t be surprised if a second book revealed a much darker twist involving him. Anyone else get that feeling?

It would be so cool to see the story continue in that setting.
