Finished Is a River Alive by Robert MacFarlane. Amazing. Ice, he seems like your kind of guy.

Having finished the TV series I am now embarking on reading The Handmaid's Tale - it's normally the other way round for me.

It makes me sound ancient but i read Handmaids tale when it first came out. Maf theybe its time for a reread. I would love to watch the tv series.

I raced through The Death of the Author and the mix of sci-fi and family politics really worked for me.

not sure whether to put this over in Whine and Cheese or just mention that Ices comment of Monday 1:28 am was not here when I checked last night.
