Driving Shades question

My name is "William McCranor Henderson." I am not Bill Henderson of Pushcart Press. I wrote this story years ago, but it has never been published.
So...shocker: here I see my never-published story listed as a "book," not by me but by the Pushcart Press "Bill Henderson" whom I have never met.
