Hi all! This is a thread for us to chat and discuss our July book pick!

I’m sorry for the delay getting this thread up. I broke my foot last week, and I’ve been dealing with that. I realized I hadn’t posted this thread about 10 minutes ago XD

We can talk about all of the details here! Beware if you’re not done with the book, because spoilers could appear!

I got the audiobook from the library and it’s got several
voices- looking forward to it!

I have the audiobook from the library too. Can’t wait to get started. In the middle of another one right now though

I have a 2-week wait on the audiobook!

Started the audio yesterday. So far the beginning is interesting but I don’t think I’ve gotten more than 10

I've started the audiobook! On chapter 3! I think I like it so far!

Im chapter 4. Can only listen when in the car mostly. So not progressing as fast as I’d like.

Sorry to say this was not my favorite. I usually like YA books, but this was too YA. That being said, I did not see the twist. And I liked the ending.

I'm like you and I like YA as well. But...So far it's feeling very YA to me as well.

I finished it! I gave it 3 stars. It was ok. I listened to the audiobook, and I only liked 2 of the 4 narrators so that definitely made a difference. It was also very YA, which it is supposed to be, but some YA doesn't feel YA...if that makes sense XD
I kind of want to know what happens next for the characters, but not enough to move forward with the series.

I finished the book too and gave it 3 stars. I kind of guessed half of the reveal. I did enjoy it and may read the next book if I can get it from library sometime.

So I watched the show on Peacock after I finished, and it covers the first 2 books and then they cancelled it. But it was good! Maybe better than the book!

They have the show on Netflix uk. Might watch it one day
