I read Wrong Witch last week and it was cute. I haven't read any Starfall Point books, but I noticed the name-dropping suggesting I should've joined y'all last year. Still, I didn't feel lost or anything, so seems like this spinoff series did a good job of starting fresh. I put this about the same level as the SCYTHE mysteries and demon-hunting librarians. Cute, but forgettable. (view spoiler)[Instamance a bit too fast for my taste, but at least it wasn't emo. The family dynamics made things more interesting than just straightforward romance, and the worldbuilding is intriguing. The ghosts occasionally provided some good comic relief. My favorite part was at the end, when the MMC's grandpa's ghost helped him find a codicil to the will that completely WIPED THE FLOOR with his meddlesome siblings. TAKE THAT ASSHOLES. Me and Ann-Marie read Starfall Point for 2-3 years... we definitely read #3 last year, and can't remember if we read 1-2 in the same year...

Starfall Point involved an evil guy/group trying to gain control of the haunted house that deals with island ghosts... nobody knew about these watery Moonshadow witches in that series... or the London group/etc...

I remember when y'all were reading it. I couldn't join at the time.
