Ava ୨ৎ (showgirl version) I thought it would be good to post the symptoms and everything of each of these so here are (some of) the symptoms of POTS (postural orthastatic tachycardia syndrome):

- dizziness when standing
- fatigue
- nausea
- palpitations
- fainting (not everyone faints though)
- headaches
- blurry vision
- gastrointestinal stuff
- brain fog
- purple feet
- heat intolerance
- excessive sweating

I think there might be more but I’m not entirely sure. POTS is caused by a problem with your autonomic nervous system, and basically it’s when you’re heart rate goes up by over 30bpm when standing. While you of course need a real doctor to diagnose it, if you have some of the symptoms and are curious you can try laying down for 10 minutes and checking your heart rate, and then standing up quickly and measuring your heart rate contisnuisely for up to ten minutes. If I’m that time it goes over 120 or up by more than 30bpm it’s a really good idea to get tested for it
