I had to look back at why review on this one, and I remember that I was disturbed by the cover as I really despise the 'demonising' of the mental health system. I was pleasantly surprised that the book didn't do this, but still have an issue with the title and the cover - I don't think they do the story justice - just my gripe for the day. But happy to recommend the book to others :)
