Third time, temporary ban. After that last time, you will be banned permanently. Do I make myself clear?

Y'all seem to not get the idea of asking my permission, so I'm taking it away permanently. The next person to ban someone without my permission will be demoted from the mod position. I don't care who it is, even if it's one of my partners.

I would like a signature of understanding by all mods by Monday.
