Noah’s secretiveness was due to his planning for a proposal to Josie. Are they ready? Do you think Josie would have said yes so readily without the near death episodes?

I think these two still have a lot to work out, so, no I don't think they are ready. Josie refuses to even consider therapy and that is a big indicator she isn't ready to face her past completely. That says to me she isn't ready to be completely open with Noah. I think Josie would have said yes to Noah anyway.
