Mikaela Lara | 1 comments Hello,

I am a new author with hopes of gaining an audience. My book is Lotus by Mikaela Lara. It reads like new adult fiction, it does deal with heavy topics, but there is light poetry. It is also a dark romance so if you like both maybe you will like my book. Please leave a review on any platform Amazon or Goodreads, it is important to me. Here is a brief description. It is free to all Kindle Unlimited Users.

Ren, a vibrant young woman troubles through her psyche to rediscover the lost pieces of an unwanted sexual encounter. She has an escapism mentality which unfortunately always brings her back to Dan Chen her bleak lover. The dizzying nightlife will never be enough for Ren in it she will find the answers she needs while losing and strengthening relationships. The upstairs neighbor, Gustave also faces an inner battle. He mirrors her existence and travels into his subconscious to free himself from imposed ties. He attempts to solve family trauma, and lost love in a world full of infinite possibilities but no reality, the Escher holds the answer.

Alfred Wolf | 6 comments Hello everyone,

I’m happy to share that my first book is now available on Amazon:
👉 SELF – the art of conductivity

This project grew out of years of reflection on silence, rhythm, and what I call small irreversibilities — those subtle shifts that can change the direction of a life. Writing it was less about finishing a manuscript and more about giving form to a long search for meaning.

Interestingly, while the book was taking shape, researchers at the University of Pennsylvania published a study that resonates strongly with my vision of this process. Their findings show how patterns of attention and resonance affect the way we experience events — almost a scientific echo of what I try to explore philosophically.

For me, that was a rare moment when personal insight and academic research crossed paths. It made me even more convinced that these ideas matter — not only as metaphors but as living structures shaping our choices.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, questions, or even your own experiences of resonance in everyday life.
