Em | 7 comments Hello! My name is Emma. I am studying to become a librarian, I am also working at a library right now. One thing about me is that I used to hate romance books until I discovered Sapphic romance that I could relate to! I can't wait to hear everyone's recommendations!
My top recommendations at the moment:
- Girls Girls Girls
- Bright Young Women
- A Place of Our Own: Six Spaces That Shaped Queer Women's Culture
- Don't Want You Like a Best Friend

YA:
- Nobody in Particular
- Say a Little Prayer
- The Lesbiana's Guide to Catholic School (made me cry)

J. Nightingale | 1 comments Hey all! I’m a queer author who just finished the first book in an LGBTQIA+ series I’m calling Crow Marked . It’s got ink-based magic, gods that fear memory, and a bunch of emotionally messy characters trying to survive a world that keeps trying to erase them.

There’s a lot of queer rep, chosen family, trauma that doesn’t get hand-waved, and some really intense moments where love and remembrance hit harder than any sword. If you’re into stories that lean poetic, mythic, and a little devastating (in a good way), I’d love to share more or just chat about world-building and character arcs.

I have a Kickstarter that will be opening Nov 8th, To help with professional editing, cover design, and self publishing, and some other socials where I am introducing characters and providing other information on the book. I will post those links below.
