Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 8082 comments You need spelling lessons. It's "deserved." That shows me how smart you are and how seriously your nasty comment should be taken. Get educated and get a heart.

J. Gowin | 8004 comments I guess this thread sums up where we are as a nation. The TDS is going for full on blood lust and accusations of pederasty lobbed at anyone who disagrees.

If the Left returns to power, will it carry out a Night of the Long Knives against its centrist members, or just reeducation?

He was famous for actually debating college students. He listened and gave counter points. It was actually refreshing. I did not agree with some of his rhetoric, but he seemingly gave the other side opportunity to speak.

My biggest complaint about his was he used black and white examples in a grey world.

What I appreciated the most was he stood by his principles no matter. He also allowed he could have his opinion changed.

He is on YouTube and it is entertaining to watch.

This is one of the last videos of his college tour which was posted before his murder.

As a guy who saw people financially damaged by televangelists during the 1980s, I cringe at his heavy handed religion. But he didn't deserve to die for it. Nor did his wife merit being widowed for it. And those creatures who cheered for small children watching their father being murdered should be shunned from polite society.

Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 8082 comments As the resident conspiracy theorist, I believe that there's a group of people intent on sowing discord among the American public in order to weaken this country and turn us against each other.

My dad and I were talking tonight, and he said that the only solution he could see to resolve some of the problems we have in this country is to do what Charlie Kirk was doing: to have reasoned debates between the two parties. My question was: How do Democrats debate Republicans when there is no reason behind their actions? For example, how do they reasonably defend their determination to keep convicted child abusers, human traffickers, and murderers in this country instead of deporting them? What reasonable defense do they have for lionizing assassins like Luigi Mangione and Tyler Robinson? To favor criminals instead of victims of crime? Democrats know they can't debate, so they resort to their favorite reason for everything they do: Hate Trump and everyone associated with him. And maybe it's okay to kill people who don't agree with you.

Nik Krasno | 19874 comments There is a running for many years undercover russian campaign aimed at undermining people’s belief in their democratic institutions and in democracy itself in the Western world. Looks like it’s succeeding. it uses freedom of speech, which is inexistent in russia to topple the West into disarray

J. Gowin | 8004 comments We know. They've spent a lot of time convincing the world that the USSR was the only deciding factor in WWII, the T-34 was the greatest tank ever built, and the USA is the Great Satan.

J. Gowin | 8004 comments I've seen a response to a left wing commentator which has stuck with me.

"I no longer care about your boos, because I've seen what makes you cheer."

The sentiment is you cannot find a compromise with someone who wants you dead. This is going to get worse.

Nik Krasno | 19874 comments Unrelated, yet so similar - that’s exactly Israel’s situ with hamas, who wants us dead…

J. Gowin | 8004 comments Bill Maher once hosted Mr. Kirk on Club Random Podcast.

It left an impression.

I think, unlike many on the Left, Bill realizes all it would take is one strong speech.
