Book ID request — girl goes to Scottish Highlands, falls for her guide, sprains ankle
I read this in German years ago (name: by your side)— possible English original or different German title. Plot: a girl is persuaded to go hiking in the Scottish Highlands (she’s not a strong hiker). She falls for her guide (possibly named Alex). They end up together. The only spice I remember was a kiss. I remember at one point she sprains her ankle. German cover was light blue (like We Were Liars). Definitely not Kasie West’s By Your Side. Any ideas? Thanks!
