What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I remember a number of details from the book. In most of the pictures you could see Rapunzel’s hair, Cinderella trying on different shoes, the three bears attending and sleeping beauty sleeping. It might have been someone’s birthday and they were all celebrating.

I read it as a child in the mid to late 90s so I presume it was published before or around then. I am sure this was not a Disney book.
