This was a middle of the road romance for me.
Nothing really special, but I liked the setting. The romance itself was a little lack luster. I was a little confused about the main couples dynamic, because I think that we were more told about it ,and how we should feel, than actually saw it on the page. However, towards the end I began to like the couple more, and the ending itself was good. I liked the side characters such as her father, best friend Teddy and her brothers, and the family aspect of the book. This gives me hope that I would like the next books in the series that do follow the brothers, especially Gus and Teddys hate to love dynamic.
Overall I felt that it lacked the cowboy in cowboy romance, though I guess she was more the cowgirl, in this one. 3 stars from me.

This book was allright, however not outstanding. I felt like the romance and relationship between the two main characters lacked depth and credibility. On a more positive note, I liked the setting and the side characters of the book. But I don’t think I’ll read the next books in the series :(
