You guys know the drill, it's finally time to start nominating books that we will be reading together in November, woot woot :)

The main ingredient aka the theme is - On the Run

So anything scary and chilling with main characters literally being on the run or being hunted, escaping a serial killer or some event, trying to escape a situation or entrapment, dangerous pursuits, good ole Zombie chases etc :P

***

We ask that authors don't not nominate their own books, thank you.

If you see a book that's nominated on here that you agree with and also would want to nominate it pls reply with +1 so we can count your vote for it.

We don't repeat previous reads, so please check the list when entering your nomination :)
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Nominations are open from 10.16 to 10.20 Monday, then the top picks go on a poll, top two choices are our November reads.

Than you for being here friends!

If you look at the list in post #2, you'll see this book listed, meaning it's been read before and is not eligible for nomination.

Feel free to nominate another book.

nightmares.of.eliza | 15 comments Three horror novels where running isn’t cowardice — it’s survival.

🐺 When the Wolf Comes Home — Nat Cassidy

When the Wolf Comes Home cover

A woman helps a young boy escape his violent father — a man succumbing to something wild and inhuman. On the run from: a monster wearing a familiar face.

🧬 Survivor Song — Paul Tremblay

Survivor Song cover

A rabies-like outbreak turns every minute into triage as two women race across Massachusetts. On the run from: infection, collapse, and time itself.

🔪 Off Season — Jack Ketchum

Off Season cover

A group trapped in a coastal cabin becomes prey to feral cannibals. On the run from: a relentless, bloodthirsty clan.

Three flavors of fear — the hunted, the infected, and the devoured.
