Meghan Loves M/M (mm_reads) | 116 comments Can you specify what you mean by 'discreet'?
Do you mean 'non-romance' looking or do you mean 'straight-passing'?

[Edit]
If you scroll the group's Bookshelf, it shows the covers. They're age-appropriate and many are ambiguous enough to be straight-passing. A web browser is probably the best format to search in.

There are a LOT - most YA is pretty discreet.

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe (Aristotle and Dante, #1) by Benjamin Alire Sáenz
Cemetery Boys (Cemetery Boys, #1) by Aiden Thomas
Private by Matthew J. Metzger
The Star Host (Broken Moon, #1) by F.T. Lukens
When the Moon Was Ours by Anna-Marie McLemore
Half-Drawn Boy by Suki Fleet
etc.

Here are a couple of lists of best YA - granted a bit on the older side so the top books on the lists may be more 2000-2020, but you can run down the covers and look at them.
