Mine is John Maxwells The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. I read it when I was young in my career, and it made a huge impact on how I looked at trying to be a leader. The idea that influence is how we lead, regardless of where we are in the organization has always stood out to me. In addition, how he talked about the law of the buy in has changed how I operate when I am trying to get these done. What are your favorites?
