I’d say I owned my copy from around the late 90s to the early 00s so I’m guessing it was published before then. From what I remember it was a fairly large colour picture book, and each double page had a big, very detailed picture illustrating the scene with lots of things going on. I think there were things you could search and find on each page in a way that suggests the Where’s Wally series of books. It was definitely A Christmas
Carol by Dickens.

I remember one page that depicted Scrooge's work place which had posters with sayings such as ‘A fool and his money are soon parted’.
