What are you reading? How did you hear about it?

If I'm lucky, T Kingfisher will finally produce Daggerbound, the long-awaited-by-me sequel to Swordheart.

My current options are a bit all over the place.

Meet the Newmans
Sing the 50 United States! (newly discovered Dr. Seuss book)
Murder at the Grand Alpine Hotel (this works for several other prompts as well, as it features Miss Marple)
A Box Full of Darkness

This is going to be entirely library dependent, but I do have three possibilities.

V.E. Schwab has the final book in my favourite of her series due out late in the year, so Victorious would be my first choice. She's also co-written The Ending Writes Itself under the name Evelyn Clarke, that's released in April and my library favours mystery over fantasy so I think that's the more likely option.

There's a new Crows book coming from Leigh Bardugo, A Darker Shore: Letters from Ketterdam, and my library does have all her other books, so I might get lucky with this one, especially as it's due in June.

I love the Joe Pickett Series, so I'll read the 2026 release, The Crossroads by C.J. Box.

I am reading Before I Knew I Loved You. I heard about it because when I finished reading book 5 a few weeks ago I looked up whether another book was coming out....and there is was, scheduled for release in May 2026

I just read an arc of this book that will be released in Feb 2026 and gave it 5 stars. I hope others will give it a try:

I really enjoy The Crows. My daughter LOVES The Crows, so I immediately sent this to her, and she is currently nerding out. Thank you.
