Thanks Kerstin. I’ve begun and the book has already grabbed me! Ratzinger, he wasn’t Pope yet when he gave these homilies, always seems to take an idea further than others.
I'm curious if we're going to continue discussing this book.I haven't been super active in the discussions, but I am very much enjoying reading this book. I only just finished the 3rd homily today, so I'm behind on reading it as well. But maybe everyone else is too, what with holidays and general business?

For our schedule we have four homilies and an appendix, five weeks in total. We'll start the discussion November 16th.
Week 1: 9 - 15 Nov: Preface & First Homily - God the Creator
Week 2: 16 - 22 Nov: Second Homily - The Meaning of the Biblical Creation Accounts
Week 3: 23 - 29 Nov: Third Homily - The Creation of the Human Being
Week 4: 30 Nov - 6 Dec: Fourth Homily - Sin and Salvation
Week 5: 7 - 13 Dec: Appendix - The Consequences of Faith in Creation
