Oh fun! What a great project! I’m just finishing The Last Chronicle of Barset (#6) but I’d love to join you all for The Palliser series.
I only have The Last Chronicle of Barset left to read and will see if I can hold out until November next year. I do plan to join you in 2027 for The Palliser series as well.
We'll be doing Palliser series in 2027. You can join us then, Cleo and Lindenblatt.
@Lindenblatt. I can't ask you to keep the book on hold. But it's always nice if you can join in with the discussion. 😀

You're welcome, Kathy! I've only read the first three of the series. I hope to read the rest.

I've read these twice, many years apart. I hope I can squeeze in a couple next year, since they're so good!

Unless I get a sudden urge to go back to Barsetshire early, I should be able to join you in Nov/Dec next year. Following the discussions throughout the year will be a nice refresher before delving into the last volume.
Edit: In fact, I have been saving it up for next year. I love this series so much, I don't want it to end!

I did the same, Lindenblatt, only to find my January is already packed. Another year goes like that no matter how hard I try to reduce my number of reads. 😀

It's always great to have the first one in a series, Lesle. That's where the author lays his foundation for what is to come. Hope you'll join in.
