Since the poll was tied (a rare occurrence), I went to the next vote to see which dates were closer to act as the tie breaker. The readathon will be December 21-27!
I highly doubt I will read 7 books or even read PARTS of 7 books, but it'll be interesting to still see how much I do read in one of the busiest weeks at my work (really only less busy than the week of the new year TBH).books read | finished/started: 00 | 00

Not me just now realizing that the 21st-27th is Sunday-Saturday. I am going to keep it because I think it works better for this time of year. No promises on any other changes to the format in 2026.
I actually love that the readathon starts on Sunday and that it finishes on the weekend. That way there's more of a chance to finish up a book on a free day. Would it be an option to continue it like this?

Readathons will last a whole week. The goal of a Readathon is to read 7 books within 7 days. You can read any 7 books you want as long as it is during the decided period. You may choose to read 1 book per day or have your own pace.
Don't stress out if you don't reach the 7-book goal, what's important is that you got some reading done with your fellow friends and Procrastinators!
The dates selected for this month are December 21-27!
