Name: Alexandria Rose

Power: Electrokinesis – Control, generation and manipulation of electricity including electric fields, electric currents, electric charges, electronics and electromagnetism. She is also immune to electric shocks, she just absorbs them. These powers are really dangerous, it she tries to absorb or control too much electricity at once the effects can be deadly. She also cannot hold a lot of electricity in her body for a long period of time; she has to channel it somewhere.


Physical Description: Alex has mid length brown hair, usually braided, but messy despite her best efforts and bright green eyes. She is tall (5’8-5’9), medium build, and light skin. She is attractive but doesn’t show it off or play it up. She tends to wear dark colors: cargo pants, tee shirts, sneakers or boots and a long hooded jacket/coat. She also always wears a green jade pendant, but it is always hidden under her shirt.

Personality: Alex is adventurous and is always ready for a new challenge. She is quite sassy and tends to speak her mind, even if it gets her in trouble. She makes jokes often and is usually quite sarcastic. She tends to be underestimated, but always has a trick up her sleeve. She is a good strategist and is more intelligent than most people give her credit for, but sometimes Alex lets her temper get the better of her or rushes into situations without thinking. She tends to shy away from close relationships and tends to keep people at arm’s length, not usually sharing her past or opening up about her emotions.

History: Alex’s parents died when she was little, and she knows close to nothing about them. Over the years she has tried to find information about them, but has had no success. She had been bounced around different homes for most of her childhood, but never stuck in any of them. She always ended up making trouble of running away. By the time she reached school age, it was discovered how smart she was, she skipped a couple of grades and was packed up and shipped off to a boarding school, going there during the year and staying with random families during the summer, some nicer than others, but none of them worked out for her. At school, she mostly skated under the radar of the other students, never really fitting in.

When she discovered she was a mutant, it scared her. She had been staying with a family for the summer, keeping her head down, but some idiots had thought she would be an easy target. They happened to be wrong. She had punched one of them in the face and ran, but they had chased her outside. She had been cornered and scared, but somehow, they were all suddenly on the ground. She had made the fuse box explode, put all the guys after her in the hospital, and caused a power outage that blacked out almost 4 blocks. After promptly running away from that house and returning to school, she kept her abilities a secret at first, sneaking out at night to practice. She eventually taught herself how to use her powers and gained control of her abilities.

Alex sort of stumbled onto Xavier’s Academy, but when she discovered it was a school for mutants and met Professor Xavier, he encouraged her to join. She now goes on missions often with the X-Men and really enjoys flying the Blackbird whenever she gets the chance.

Other: She is really good at fixing things she can fix almost anything. She also likes music, likes to read, she can play guitar and is a singer. She is also fluent in multiple languages, a martial artist and a pilot.

Name: Nicholas Garnett

Nickname: Nick

Codename: Eclipse

Age: 24

Power: Darkness/shadow manipulation. Nick can generate and manipulate shadows into different sizes, shapes and intensities. He can use shadows for camouflage or use shadows to create solid constructs. He also has exceptional night vision. Manipulating shadows can be extremely draining and the amount of darkness Nick manipulates is directly proportional to how much his powers drain him. Using his powers to do too much at once can cause nose bleeds, headaches and dizziness. His powers are much easier to use and much more powerful at night. They still work during the daytime, they just use more energy.


Physical Description: Nick has dark hair, cut longer on the top than the sides, and dark eyes. He is of average height and build, and has medium-light skin. Overall, he is relatively good looking, but his features are nothing spectacular. He tends to dress casually in dark wash or black jeans and dark colored shirts in black, dark blue or dark green. He wears a black obsidian ring on the middle finger of his right hand.

Personality: Nick is an outsider, tending to be aloof and not making personal connections. He has exchanged deep personal connections for a series of casual relationships with random people that ended as quickly as they began and a few acquaintances at Xavier’s Academy. He rarely shares personal information to anyone, preferring to skate through life without any ties. Nick hides everything behind a mask, acting like he doesn’t care about anyone or anything. Even if it’s not true. Especially if it’s not true.

History: Nick was born to an extremely normal and boring couple. When it was discovered that Nick was a mutant his parents hid it. Nick knew his parents just did what they thought was best, but he didn’t have to like it. He spent most of his childhood pretending to be someone he wasn’t. He learned to put on the mask of a normal kid, but hated every minute of it. The positive force in Nick’s life was his grandfather; he was the only one who accepted Nick for who he was. Nick spent as much time as he could with his grandfather, but he died just before Nick started high school. After that, Nick closed off even more.

Shortly after Nick’s grandfather died, his parents received a letter from Xavier’s Academy, encouraging Nick’s enrollment. His parents jumped at the chance and before you could blink, Nick was enrolled at Xavier’s for the remainder of his high school years. After graduating, Nick decided to stay on as an X-Man. Nick could start teaching, but he has never had any desire to teach or deal much with the young students, so he is content to just be an X-Man. He hasn’t reconnected with his parents since he first left home and came to Xavier’s.

Name: Kira Sandoval

Codename: Shatter

Age: 22

Role: Close combat teacher

Power: Kira can see the weaknesses in objects and people, the exact place to hit with the exact amount of force to cause the most damage. She also has enhanced agility and control over her own body which gives her exceptional combat skills. The downside to her powers is the more sensory input there is at any given time, the more likely Kira is to have extreme sensory overload or for her attacks to become less accurate.


Physical Description: Kira has shoulder length, straight, brown hair with highlights and lowlights. She has blue eyes, light skin and is generally attractive. She is about 5’7 with a medium build but is a lot stronger than she looks. Kira tends to dress in jeans and t shirts with black leather combat boots and a leather jacket. She tends to put her hair back in a ponytail just to keep it out of her face.

Personality: Kira is a risk taker, always looking for a new challenge and pushing herself to the edge, sometimes just to see how far she can go. She is sarcastic and is a lot smarter than she looks along with being observant and a good strategist, traits she tends not to show off. Kira tends to be a kind person who has friends and loves to crack jokes, but doesn’t like to talk about her mother. It’s a sensitive topic to her and she always changes the topic or avoids the subject by any means possible. She tends to steer clear of romantic relationships and is a fun person, but can have let her temper get away from her if someone hurts someone she cares about.

History:
Kira mother died of cancer when she was little, so she was raised by her father and lived a pretty normal life until she discovered her powers when she was a kid. She had always been into martial arts, and had always been really good at it, a natural. She didn’t know until later that her abilities had been helping her the whole time. Her powers emerged when she was in a mixed martial arts competition, and beat the crap out of her opponent. As in, sent her opponent to the hospital. She was terrified that she had actually seriously hurt someone, and stopped competing. It wasn’t long after that before she figured out she was a mutant and learned to hide her powers.

A few years later her powers were discovered. The neighborhood Kira had lived in her whole life turned against her, she hadn’t even known a lot of her neighbors were anti-mutant. Kira and her dad moved, completely picked up their lives and left town. Shortly after, Kira got a letter from Xavier’s Academy, encouraging her to go there for high school. Once she started at Xavier’s she finally felt like she was safe to be herself. She enjoyed her years as a student; she even began to help some of the students with their combat training in her free time and then decided to start teaching combat classes.

Name: Logan (James Howlett)

Age: Around 130 (exact age unknown)

Codename: Wolverine

Powers: Logan’s main power is his healing factor. He can heal from pretty much any injury and his healing factor also affects his aging, allowing Logan to live much longer than a normal human and it also helps heighten his stamina, agility, reflexes, and strength. Logan also has enhanced sight, smell, and hearing and his adamantium-coated claws and skeleton. The downside to Logan’s healing factor is that he feels the pain of each wound he takes, and sometimes the pain even lasts after the wound has been healed. He can also go into a state of enhanced, animalistic rage called berserker rage.




Physical Description: Logan is of pretty average height, if a little under average, dark hair and eyes. He has messy hair and a scruffy beard, like he hasn’t shaved in a few days (he probably hasn’t). When not in his X-Men uniform, he tends to wear jeans, t-shirts, a leather jacket, cowboy boots and sometimes a cowboy hat.

Personality: In short, Logan is a gruff, loner. He is rebellious towards authority figures, despite being a loyal ally and a very capable leader. He is defiantly much smarter and a much better strategist than he lets on and can sometimes even be a mentor figure. He also follows a code of honor, duty and sacrifice similar to that of a samurai. Logan doesn’t like talking about himself and especially not about his past. The typical answer to anyone asking personal questions usually involves some cursing and telling whoever asked to mind their own business or go screw themselves.

History: Logan was born in Alberta, Canada, during the late 1880s. Logan’s powers emerged when he killed his biological father, who had just killed the man Logan thought was his father. During WW1, he joins the Canadian military, and also fights in the Spanish Civil War. During WW2, Logan teams up with Captain America to fight HYDRA, and fights both the Germans and the Japanese, getting captured multiple times. After WW2, Logan resigns from the military, and lives in post-war Japan. There, he receives martial arts and samurai training. After leaving Japan, Logan is recruited by the Weapon X program, who bonds adamantium metal to his skeleton. Later Logan also teams up with the Canadian team Alpha Flight.

Logan was recruited to the X-Men by Professor Xavier. He goes on missions with the X-Men, but sometimes Logan will go off on his own to deal with his own issues or problems.

Other: Aside from being extremely good at martial arts, Logan can speak multiple languages.

Name: Isaac Walker

Age: 16

Codename: Mirage

Power: Creating illusions. Isaac can create and manipulate illusions that cause targets to hear, see and even touch things that aren’t there. Isaac can affect only one target or a larger scale illusion that affects a lot of people. These illusions are extremely detailed and complex, they are almost indistinguishable from real life. Some people like psychics or people with enhanced senses can realize that they are illusions, and it takes focus to create the illusions. The less focus Isaac has for his illusions, the less accurate they can be.


Physical Description: Isaac has medium brown hair and dark brown eyes. He is tall with a lean runner’s build. He tends to look younger than he is, sometimes with a boyish smile on his face. He tends to wear blue jeans, colored t shirts, hoodies, and converse sneakers.

Personality: Isaac is a relatively nice guy. He isn’t the most social person on earth, but he has friends and tends to greet people with his trademark boyish smile. Isaac can also be a bit of a bookworm and aside from combat; he has no interest in sports at all. He is confident in his abilities, but hates how they could be used to hurt someone or force someone hurt someone else. Tricking people is fine, but he doesn’t know if he could ever use his powers to make someone hurt someone else.

History: Isaac had a pretty normal life up until his powers developed. Isaac lived with his parents and older brother, Josh. His mother worked in Washington D.C., so Isaac’s family lived in a suburb outside the city. He went to school, had a life, nothing major, just a normal life. Isaac found out about his powers one summer on vacation. The first time it happened, Isaac had simply imagined a ruined bridge over some rapids fixed, but then his brother ran straight onto it, and off the broken part into a river. He wasn’t hurt, but he came out of the water swearing up and down that he could see a bridge there. Isaac tried to convince himself that it was a coincidence, but the next day he made his brother see another illusion, this time on purpose. It was then that he faced the fact that he was a mutant. He did tell his family, and all of their lives were different after that.

Even before Isaac’s powers developed, mutants were a topic that was talked about in his house, mostly because of his mom’s job, but after his mutation developed, it came to the forefront. It was brought up at almost every meal, conversations about what to do with Isaac. But whereas conversations before were treated like something that could never happen to them, now it was real. Isaac got a letter from Xavier’s a bit after he figures out he was a mutant, and decided he wanted to go. He now enjoys attending Xavier’s, both the normal classes and all of the power and combat classes and also all the friends he has made there.

Name: Griffin Locke

Nickname: Finn

Age: 16

Codename: Metashift

Power: Matter transmutation. Finn can change matter into a different kind of matter and she can also change the shape of matter. It is harder for her to turn things into rare materials. The more common the material, the easier it is for Finn to change. Finn needs to be in physical contact with the object she is changing and she cannot transform living matter.


Physical Description: Finn has wavy, dark auburn hair that is about shoulder length. She had bluish-green eyes and light skin. She is of average height and build with a curved scar on the palm of her left hand that she always fiddles with whenever she gets nervous. She tends to dress casually in jeans and t shirts and she usually wears black leather biker boots.

Personality: From the outside, Finn just looks like a kind, fun person, if a bit of a trouble maker. She is always joking around and playing tricks, but never in a really mean spirited way. She may appear this way, but if you get to know her you can tell it’s all a mask. Finn is happy to be at Xavier’s, but still has emotional baggage that she just shoves to the side because she has no idea what else to do with it. She isn’t the most social person, and sometimes goes off to be by herself, but she enjoys being with her friends at Xavier’s and also hanging out or training with some of the other teachers and X-Men.

History: For the most part becoming a mutant was the best thing that happened to Finn. Finn’s parents and twin brother died in a car accident when she was little, the shattered glass giving her the curved scar on her right palm. She was sent to live with family and ended up living with her aunt, uncle, and two cousins. It wasn’t a bad life, Finn just always knew that it wasn’t really her own. She never fit in with her aunt and uncle’s family.

Finn discovered her she was a mutant when she started changing things. Whenever she was angry, things would inexplicably change shape or material. At first it was little things, like a gold bracelet would turn into a silver one, but then it got more and more noticeable. She was at school and got shoved against a large window in the cafeteria. She was suddenly outside the school, surrounded by sand, with the entire school staring down her. To make things worse, in trying to run away, she bumped up against another student, turning her books into solid metal. By the end of the day, everyone was talking about the new mutant at school.

Finn tried to keep her life after it was discovered she was a mutant, but the life she had was slipping away. Her family and most everyone she knew began to hate her for being a mutant; she got into fights, got into trouble, and started spending more and more time alone with her computer. The rare few who didn’t hate her were annoying and curious, wanting her to transform stuff for them. But those were a rare few. Finn just built a wall around herself and hid behind it, all the while keeping up the joking, trickster persona that she had always had.

When a letter from Xavier’s came, asking her to come to the academy, Finn left and never looked back. She finally felt like she could be herself at Xavier’s, she even made a few friends, even though she grew a reputation as the person NEVER to play poker with. She tended to win whenever she could get to get together a poker game, even against adults. Finn really got into her mutant training, excelling at using her powers and combat classes. She has really found a home at Xavier’s and is almost counting down the days to when she graduates and can become an X-Man.
