I would like to nominate The Delicate Dependency by Michael Talbot.
, and also A Choir of Ill Children by Tom Piccirilli
.
I'll second Mr. Mercedes--I have it, and need to read it before Finders Keepers comes out...
Also, NIGHT THINGS, by Michael Talbot. :)

Marc-Antoine wrote: "Hopefully this one goes better than last time we joined forces..."I swear I didn't know it was loaded!
I already read Within These Walls, but I'd be a lurker if that one wins. ;)
I think I may have THE SHUDDERING on kindle, yet to be read.....

Shitballs, just realized I ordered Within These Walls with Finders Keepers. I may not get till June. Sorry, 11, I may have to stick with the Shuddering...

I did that with another book I wanted to read. Sometimes you'll get lucky and Amazon will send the in-stock ones early. (Hasn't happened with my latest :( ).

I do it all the time to avoid shipping charges with Indigo (25$ minimum). Usually I don't match up two books I can't wait for, but I did in this instance...:-(
Is there a theme for the month? I've had Swan Song
on my TBR for awhile now. (I know, I know...what kind of horror fan am I)I'd also like to read A Choir of Ill ChildrenA Choir of Ill Children
I'd like to suggest The Pilo Family Circus. Very weird tale, super-imaginative, not straight-up horror like Stephen King but very creepy nevertheless.
Repeaters, Erica FerencikI'm in for an Ania Ahlborn, I've only read Seed.
The Supernatural Enhancements looks pretty interesting too.
Tracy wrote: "I'd like to suggest The Pilo Family Circus. Very weird tale, super-imaginative, not straight-up horror like Stephen King but very creepy nevertheless."I'd read Pilo again.

No theme this month. As Ted Nugent put it, it's a free for all.
Let's see some more good suggestions.
I've noticed Molly Tanzer's Vermillion is getting pretty stellar reviews. If it doesn't have to be a novel, Cody Goodfellow's short story collection Strategies Against Nature would be my recommendation.
I'm in the mood for a bryan smith, maybe Go Kill Crazy! The Late Night Horror Show or Blood and Whiskey if anyone would be interested in any of those.

Hi Robert, authors are not allowed to promote their own books for the monthly read but you can start your own buddy read and see if others will join you.

I've wanted to read Pilo for ages, luckily I got a copy :)

Robert, we don't want authors to promote themselves for monthly group reads. I absolutely suggest opening a thread in our Author/ Publisher Promotional folder for your book. Here is a link to that folder.

Feel free to start your own topic here.

Pretty sure it is against the rules.

Thanks, Kasia.

I've got Stephen King's Revival sitting on the beside table, but that said, more I think about it I'm liking the idea of Pilo Family Circus.
Scot: I would like to suggest discussions about certain places to find good books where self-published writers have posted . . . such as Google+ (do authors even post books there?) Tumblr, Pinterest, Facebook groups (so many), Instagram (I am naive. Do authors post book covers here or is it just for annoying selfies?), Amazon sites, etc. Thanks.

Yep, I'm voting Pilo :)

I'm a little biased, too.
And a stickler for the rules.....like this one:

Wow, awesome suggestions! I don't see how we can go wrong. I'm formally behind Within These Walls. I love Ania's books, and I'm just looking for an excuse to pick up this new one.
