So i claim kai as my character. Do i have to create him again in the character creation thread?

You can start out by just jumping in (although the Podship is unavailable to join) but you can go to the Roleplay Request thread under the folder "Character Creation." Request there, and you'll find someone!
Note: You can create as many characters as you want. :)
