Adelaide, South Australia.
Its right at the bottom of Australia, but TOTALLY under-rated.
You may not think its as great as Sydney or Melbourne, but its really good.
It has the best beaches, a big city, nice country side and a considerably small population,
ITS AWESOME!!!!
look it up

Did you go to Melbourne during AFL GRAND FINAL WEEK? now that is crazy!

no. we flew into sydney, then we went to Kosciuzko (sp?) National Park (we got our picture taken at snowy river--lol the man from snowy river is like my favorite movie!!!) then we went to adelaide and took a plane to alice springs, then we took a bus to ayers rock, then we took this small jet thing to mackay where my family went diving but i stayed behind because i was chicken, then we stayed for a few days in gold coast (australia has some AMAZING beaches)
its true.
AFL is like the coutnrys biggest sport, and hte final is held in Melbourne.
When its on, the city jsut goes crazy. Supporters are everywhere, team colours are every where.
Roads are shut for parades, and on the day you can hardly drive near the stadium. ITS AWESOME!!!!
and the team that wins, that night, all the supporters go crazy, partying in the streets, throwing streamers on cars, jumping on cars.
It really sucks if your team looses though, like mine did....
