Even if Superman is too clueless about Brainiac, Candor, and Krypton's demise in this one, the humor made up for it for awhile. Storyline was just okay, but they did a great job with the characters of Clark, Lois, Supergirl, the Kents, and random others. The relationship struggles with Lois weren't the conventional stuff since she knows his secret in this one - dealing with her putting herself in danger all the time (finally!) and his jealousy. Kara did get annoying by midpoint.
Hilarious stuff for the opening - from the casual wrist twist with the helicopter to the guy hitting on Lois in the office and telling her he thought Clark was gay. Among the best of the animated Supe movies with humor. Humor pretty much left at these points, though.
Animation was good - liked the colors of the blue differences in Kara's outfit versus Superman's, but why is his face so narrow and angular?!
Candorians have ugly uniforms, but I loved the giant Brainiac head.
