Hi, I'm Michelle. I am a mother to two wonderful daughters. We speak the creative language at home. Raising them has inspired my work with kids, introducing arts, nature, science and environemnt in museums, gifted kids institutes and more.
I see how kids' creativity is being stifled by education, and believe it doesn't have to be so. I'd love to hear what you think about it, and how we can preserve and develop kids' creativity by books.

Louise Nadeau | 1 comments Hello,

Let me introduce myself. I am the author of Magelica's Voyage. Magelica's VoyageMy children, and their love of adventure, fairy tales, and lullabies, inspired me to create Magelica and her world. As a mother to two girls, I was motivated to create a positive role model, not just for my daughters, but for all little girls. A female character that was kind and loving, positive and confident, modern with traditional values, cool without trying to be.

My inspirations in creating a trilogy were many; I wanted to share my beliefs and positive insights, and help others discover, in a fun and entertaining way, how to make their lives magical. I believe that the world is shifting and that more and more people are subscribing to the fact that positive energy attracts more positivity and that love really is the key to improving our world. Through Magelica's Voyages, I hope to inspire young girls to grow up believing in themselves and in the power that love and positive thinking will bring them. Readers, young and old, will discover themselves in this magical adventure.

Share the magic! Louise xox

Hey Louise, that's wonderful! I am excited about and touched by how raising our daughters inspired both of us to inspire children. Positive thinking and love are key for creativity. Fear simply shuts it down. I'm deffinitly in. Best of luck! Michelle

Susan Brougher Hi, I'm Susan. I have always loved to write and rhyme. I am retired after 50 years of nursing. I am grateful to write for children now, as I thought I would have children, but never did. I am a child at heart.

My newest children's book, The Magical Kingdom of Ing: An Enchanting Tale of Fairies and Dragons, is on Amazon.

Piaras, a reviewer of my latest children's book, The Magical Kingdom of Ing, expressed what I have not been able to put in words about the desires I have for my own writing: "More often than not children relate themselves with the characters of a good story. In such circumstances, reading fiction can help them to get inspiration from the characters."

I am happy to be part of this creative group that will expand my ability to inspire children through my books. Thank you for thinking of me.

Alona Lebedieva | 2 comments Good afternoon, my name is Alona Lebedieva. I'm from Ukraine and I'm the mother of two beautiful little boys. After the war, we moved to Spain and here I composed fairy tales for them every evening: about change, strength, kindness and friendship. And so these stories became a book, which is now available on Amazon, about the mouse Lou. Adventures of Lou the Mouse. This book is filled with love, but it also contains many ideas about self-confidence, love of reading, friendship and family. I think these will be wonderful moments of communication with a child through magic.

Michael Piatt | 1 comments Hello, I'm Michael J. Piatt from Cincinnati, OH. I am starting as an author after a lengthy career as a technologist in industry. I have two children and three grandchildren who are now teenagers. My first in a series of mystery novels for young adults teaches creativity and life lessons through examples intertwined throughout the text. The discussion notes, all of which relate to the characters in the story, are drawn from my personal experiences as an inventor and creative thinker. I am hopeful that the young will benefit from what I have come to understand about the creative process.
