I only do it if no one else wants. Don’t want to mess up things and very bad at computer stuff 😉

I am not confident to be the guardian, but I will be a good librarian.

Hey everyone! With my work and real life craziness, I probably won't be the best Guardian. I can probably come in to assist at times but I work healthcare, flu season is very dumb this year, and I just might not be on every night. Librarian might be a better choice for me.

Although this doesn't start until January 15, someone asked in the Q/A about starting prior to then and this was the response: The challenge technically kicks off on the 15th—but since it’s self-paced, early birds get a perk! Teams who’ve already checked in and received their tasks are free to start right away. 🏁📚

So we can start as soon as we are all checked in and post it to The Vault.

👑 “A crown with power, a secret society, and a library that chooses its own heroes.”

In Season 1, Episode 1 of The Librarians, a mysterious organization recruits a new Guardian, Eve Baird, to protect the magical Library and its chosen Librarian, Flynn Carsen. Together, they investigate a series of strange murders linked to Excalibur and the lost crown of King Arthur. Along the way, they discover a hidden group of potential Librarians and face off against the Serpent Brotherhood, who seek to unleash dangerous magic.

I could easily do #2
I'm sure I could locate a book for 3 or 5

1 and 4 would be a real struggle for me to read for.

I have a book that fits both SERPENT and brothers in the story, so if Trisha can read for SERPENT I can take BROTHERS, if that works for everyone else.

I can take any task, but depending on which one, it might take more time. I have to search for them but sure to find them

I'm sure that I can find a book to fit whatever is left. My first choice of the remaining three would be crown on the cover but I can search for the other two also.

Just FYI, I will be in Hawaii from January 23 thru February 4. I am taking my laptop so HOPEFULLY I won't have any issues, but you all know me well enough to please feel free to nudge me if it looks like I am forgetting anything (in any challenge).

And the Sword in the Stone

🗡️ “When Camelot stirs, legends awaken—and the past is far from buried.”

The Serpent Brotherhood is close to unleashing unchecked magic on the world. Flynn, mortally wounded by Excalibur, flees with Eve and the new recruits (Jake, Ezekiel, and Cassandra). They meet Jenkins at the hidden Library Annex, which becomes their new base. To stop the Brotherhood’s ritual under Buckingham Palace, they infiltrate a royal ball, recover Excalibur, and ultimately save Flynn when Cassandra uses the sword’s magic to heal him instead of herself. Flynn departs to restore the missing Library, leaving the new Librarians to begin their own journey under Jenkins’s guidance.

I think I can read for any of these, but I would be the quickest with Task #2

I would like to read for #1, if that's okay. I have been wanting to read Spinning Silver which fits it.

I like to read about royal setting, but any of the other tasks is good with me if it is a problem.

I don't have anything lined up that works for any of the tasks, so I'm good with whatever is left!

Angie, can I take the risk life, health or future tasks and you take the heroes?
