The Seasonal Reading Challenge discussion

If you are eligible to create a task for the next season, please follow this link and request to join the new group SRC Task Creation.

This group is only for the moderators to be able to review new tasks and communicate with task creators. All other group activities remain in main group. Only task creators will be admitted to this group. This thread will contain notification posts as players become eligible.

In this new group, task creators will post their task in the corresponding thread and moderators may ask them clarifying questions by posting in the thread. Please check for notifications if you have a task in the review stage.

If you decide to pass, you can tell us here in this thread.

Also, please be patient with us as we try this new task creation process.

I'm going to pass on creating the Rookie at the Top task and offer it to a true rookie, as I'm actually not a first time player. I played in the past as Jennifer FL.

Jennifer, there were only 2 true rookies this season and they have not responded. Now we are offering it to people who haven't played in at least a year. You definitely are the closest to a rookie, in that regard. If you have any interest at all, please accept, or this task may go unfilled.

Not your fault. I don't check the posts in month long challenges every day & that's where the message for me was. I had been keeping my eye on my email, as if you could magically conjure up a way to use it!

at Mods - I know you guys don't do broadcasts very often - but for the 20 pointers once selected it might be beneficial

How to get notifications out to 20 point eligible task creators in a timely manner is definitely a topic we will be discussing this season. It's a challenge because they aren't determined until the season has ended.

yeah and I hate that GR did away with DM's - I wish they would add like a way to tag folks (i.e. using an @ function) or something
