I second that, Mellady! It's dead on.
This is a great article...that I think was worth bringing back into attention! Long, but good! Basically it says, yeah, yeah we've heard all the negatives and we still love Twilight. We dont need to explain ourselves about why, we dont have to defend its shortcomings, we love it..just because!
What is REALLY sad----I can so TOTALLY relate to most of what is written there (well except sharing a "crush w/ my 14 yr old daughter)...I got into the books the same way as the Lauren person, I thought everyone was nuts too, but then I read the first, and could not put the series down! Thanks for bringing this back around Krystal, was not part of this Goodreads group when it was originally posted!
LOL....im very glad that you and your daughter cannot relate to sharing a crush! Lol....that you be crazy yet insanely funny! yeah its funny how I relate well to what she's saying to. No explanations...we just LOVE it! Hmmmm...sounds like that would be nice to put on a T-shirt!!! 9Krystals brain starts working now....)
