Lee, have you read the companion book to Graceling, Fire? Some people didn't like it as much as Graceling, and I thought I would feel the same. But I really liked it! I gave them both 5 stars.Edit: Oh, and I just added Hannah's Garden to my TBR. Sounds good!
Luann, I didn't know there was a companion book. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, onto the pile it goes!
The Alchemyst by Michael Scott is the first in the series "The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel." The next two are The Magician and The Sorceress; The Necromancer is due out at the end of May. I reread the earlier books every time a new title comes out. There will be six in this series altogether, and they've come out as scheduled, one a year, just as the author said they would. Action, characters from myth and history, lots of twists, and a pair of bewildered, resentful, yet save-the-world-calibre teenage twins . . . I can't wait till May 25!
Hi Peregrine, welcome to the group!
These must be very good if they have you re-reading them after every new title appears! I will add them to our group shelves so we can all enjoy.

Graceling is very good! I enjoyed The Alchemyst, too, but didn't get back to the series.
