So what are your five favorites?

my most favoritest children's book, pardon my awful grammar there, is Rifles for Watie, by Harold Keith. it is the BEST book! okay, not THE best, but close. It's about a teenage boy who lies about his age, joins the Union army, and gets sent across enemy lines. He gets stuck on the Southern side of the Civil War, and the whole thing is about his adventure throughout the war! its kinda historical fiction, which i tend to enjoy as well. oh yeah, and my mom recommended it to me!
