Do you think it would be better to see your favorite characters die, or to have to imagine them as old grannies and grandpas drinking prune juice?

After the third book comes out, are we going to RP about what happens after? (If anything does...) If we do, can I pu-leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze be Katniss? Please please please? And if not can I be Peeta, seeing he doesn't die?
Umm... I don't think we'd ever do a RP with the actual book characters in it. We might do one with OCs (original characters) that live in the time after Mockingjay, but I dunno. I'm not a mod. Ask Jenn or Swifty or someone.

NU.IT'S...

GOOD TIMES! GOOOOD TIIIIIMES...
HEH. ME AND JANEPAGE WILL SAY THAT PERFECTLY IN SYNC WITHOUT ANY PLANNING AT ALL.
GOOD TIMES... GOOOOD TIIIIMES...
Seriously. My friends all say yes but my science teacher says no, it's a very human/ emotional thing.
Otherwise, I will not know, and that will be bad cuz I won't know.If you are too disturbed, just forget I ever asked.

HEH. SPECULATION.
HEH. SPECULATION.
SPECULATION!OMG I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING
WHEN I SPECULATE...
IT'S ASIAN SPECULATION
THAT SOUNDS SO FUNNY
NU. ASIAN SPECULATION IS BETTER. BECAUSE IT SORT OF RHYMES. IT'S LIKE A TYPE OF ALLITERATION THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME FOR.
1) If it's an idea, it's notion2) If it's an action, it's motion
3) If it's a lotion product, it's lotion
4) If it's a potion, it's potion
Swiftfire wrote: "HAHAHAHA YESSSSS!!! *high fives Laura* IT'S NOT MOTION, IT'S NOTION!!!! *glares at Nightshade*"I ASKED SIX TEACHERS AND THEY ALL SAID 'MOTION.' So did my friend who does a monthly mock debate. She also says that if anyone thinks it's 'notion,' he or she is a complete idiot, because it is OBVIOUSLY 'motion.'
HAAAAAAAA.
Oh, and then my honors English teacher said... *DEEP BREATH*Originally, a long time ago, it was 'I second the motion,' because in a council, people would move to accept actions. Like...
Council Person 1: I move that the banana be our national fruit!
And if another council person liked the idea, he would say "I second the motion."
But over time, the phrase was used in a slightly different context. For example:
Person 1: Twilight is the most idiotic thing to ever disgrace the universe.
Person 2: I second the notion!
As opposed to...
Person 1: I think we should make Twilight illegal in the United States!
Person 2: I second the motion!
But that's only if you want to use the grammatically correct form of the phrase. Originally it was "I second the motion," but over time, because of situations like Example 1, people started to think it was "I second the notion." Because of this, some started saying it, while those of us who happen to be informed on the history of the subject stick to 'motion,' because we know that it is indeed the correct form of the phrase.
So actually, in Laura's earlier comment in post 52, 'notion' is the grammatically correct word, but it derived from 'motion.'
Conclusion: If Laura wanted to be grammatically correct, she would have used 'notion.' If she wanted to be historically correct, she would have used 'motion.' The historically correct option is better, because, well, it's historically and politically correct. I'd rather be politically correct among diverse people than be grammatically correct among people who are watching my every move for an excuse to correct me.
I was being grammatically correct. Do I look like I read books about the Salem witch trials and how they second motions?(Maybe I do........XP)
