I finally started this book! I'm excited to read through it. The only problem with reading this type of book & Mood Cure is I see so many people around me that could benefit. I try to get people to read these books, right and left. But not everyone is as interested in natural healing and self-help literature, I guess. Sad, though!

Live by example. As they see you heal they will want to know your "secret". :) Happy Reading!!
