Actually, Ultimo is a collab between the guy who wrote Spiderman and the guy who does Shaman King. That would be why the art looks so similar, Han. xD
Anyway, I've been following it in Monthly SJ, and I think it's pretty good.

you know i read this book about a month ago.i normally HATE stan lee but i guess every one is aloud one good thing,and trust me he was the last one i thought would catch a lucky break if you know what i mean.though it was a bit conciding of him to include himself in the story don't you think.oh yeah and by the way i'm Warrior Rose but you can refer to me as Rose if you please
