I'm kind of on the fence about Darryl. He's obviously a very strong member of the pack and fiercely loyal to Adam, but stil... I don't dislike him, but he doesn't give me the warm-fuzzies either.
I like him. I like that he's extremely loyal to Adam even if he doesn't agree with him. I liked that in the beginning of the books, he appears to be just muscle and then you find out he's a college professor.
I find Darryl fascinating. He's the Beta yet he's also a dominant male in his own right. The fact that Warren, Adam's third, is actually more dominant to Darryl is intriguing to me.

Sherri, how did you picture Auriele? I cant really picture what she looks like because she really doesn't appear that much in the books and Mercy didnt really explain what she looked like; if she did I cant remember.
For some reason I picture her as caucasian. I too am unable to recall a good description of her. I see her as caucasian or maybe mixed but mostly white?? with small stature.
As long as we know what Darryl looks like, we are happy :)

She is also mentioned as being extremely girly and put together.
I am still on the shelf about Darryl as sometimes I think he is lovely and then other times not so lovely he hard to get a read on
