1. HER FEARFUL SYMMETRY by A. Neffenegger - 3 Stars - quick and fun read - interesting enough story to hold your attention.

2. THE YARD DOG by S. Russell - 3 Starts - Short fun mystery, would read more from this author.

3. Shadow Tag by L. Erdrich - 3 Stars - Interesting premise for strange, dysfunctional, and unhealthy love, with an interesting ending. Would recommend.

4. GO WITH ME by C. Freeman - 3 Stars - Quick read with an interesting cast of characters.

5. HAUNTING BOMBAY by S. Agarwal - 2 Stars - A rather timid ghost story set in 1940's Bombay.

6. The Coral Thief by R. Stott - 3 Stars - Historical fiction/mystery filled with science, interesting characters (both real and fictitious) and even love.

Jason, I read your review on The Postmistress and it seems to be about the same as what most people are saying. I was really looking forward to this book too, so I'll still read it at some point.

Yeah I'd say give it a read - I can't say that I'll keep going back to it though.

Enjoyed it - but certainly not a feel good book. I look forward to Middlesex which is also by this author.

Jason, I have both of these to read but they never call to me. I did start Middlesex and put it down. I still have it and plan on giving it another try since most people seem to like it a lot.

Middlesex was awesome!!! I want to read the Virgin Suicides! It's not on my TBR shelf but it's on my wishlist!

20. - 5 stars - unabridged audio - amazing story filled with emotion and wonderfully narrated. A really enjoyable way to experience a literary classic!

22. - 4 stars - unabridged audio - a story filled with passionate nuances. Simple story, well written with memorable characters.

24. -3 stars- unabridged audio - Great fun story, fast paced filled with excitement and interesting characters. I am now a Stuart Woods' fan.

25. -3 stars- unabridged audio - Great read! I love Lucas Davenport! I look forward to reading more John Sandford and his 'Prey' series.

26. -3 stars- unabridged audio - Another great 'Lucas Davenport' mystery. Always interesting characters, a fun read.

27. -2 stars- unabridged audio - I really didn't care for this story at all. I thought it would have been more interesting than it turned out to be. Can't say I would recommend it.

28. -3.5 stars- What a great book. I'm sad I haven't read this series earlier. I love the match of Marino and Scarpetta - sort of like the odd couple of crime solving. Fast paced, and fully engaging - I look forward to more of the 'Scarpetta' series.

29. -4 Stars- unabridged audio - What a great book! This reads like a great old gothic ghost story/novel.
