Lauren Smith A Wizard of Earthsea - great nomination Emma :) I haven't read it myself but it's one of those classics I keep hearing about, so I'll second that.

I'd like to nominate To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis. It mixes a few genres, but fantasy is one of them, and it looks really cool.

Hi Heather, I have wanted to read both of these books for awhile now, so I am not sure which one I am going to vote for at the moment. Nice to have such good choices.

Lauren Smith Unfortunately The Handmaid's Tale is science fiction (or 'speculative' fiction), definitely not fantasy. It's really good though.
