ok, i've heard of Lord of the Rings before and seen part of a movie i believe...but what is a hobbit again?

i've seen the movie once...and that was back in 5th- 6th grade, but i've always wanted to read the books

I have seen all three movies read half of the hobbit the pre book

19 and a half and i've never read The Hobbit and i've only see the first movie

I have read half I had cirque du freak and never got around to finshing it
